We are a growing manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting operations including bookkeeping and data entry
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP)
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Maintain accurate records of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely invoice processing and documentation
  • Maintain inventory and cost accounting support for production-related transactions
  • Prepare and organize financial reports as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and timely financial record management

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP tools
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
