Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an 
innovative, data-driven, and creative Digital Marketing Manager
 to spearhead our fashion brand's online marketing across 
D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, deeply understand 
Gen Z & Millennial consumer behavior,
and have the ability to create high-impact digital campaigns that drive 
traffic, conversions, and brand love.

This role is perfect for someone who can combine 
creative storytelling, performance marketing, and marketplace growth strategies
 to scale a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for website, marketplaces, and social channels.
  • Build a strong brand voice aligned with fashion trends and Gen Z/Millennial audiences.
  • Plan & manage campaigns across performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing, and email/SMS.

2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
  • Drive customer acquisition (CAC) optimization, retention, and repeat purchases.
  • Track and improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Explore new platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) for brand expansion.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Oversee brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
  • Create engaging content calendars with strong fashion storytelling.
  • Drive UGC (user-generated content) and influencer collaborations.
  • Leverage social media for both organic growth and paid campaigns.

4. Marketplace Marketing

  • Plan and execute seasonal sale campaigns (Big Billion Day, Great Indian Festival, End of Season Sales, Myntra End of Reason Sale, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings, A+ content, SEO, and sponsored ads on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
  • Work with marketplace account managers to maximize visibility.

5. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including traffic, sales, conversions, repeat rate, ROAS, and customer LTV.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, marketplace dashboards, and marketing tools to generate insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations for growth.

6. Team & Agency Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, ad partners, and influencer networks.
  • Lead and mentor a small in-house team for content, ads, and design coordination.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing (fashion/e-commerce background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, influencer campaigns, and email/SMS marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing automation tools.
  • A keen eye for fashion trends, consumer insights, and creative content.
