Summary

This is not a typical analyst job. As part of the Founders Office, youll combine structured problem-solving with execution. Youll work across departments product, marketing, ops, and partnerships to design and run experiments, measure results, and drive initiatives on behalf of the founders. Think of it as half analyst, half entrepreneur.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses and action plans.
  • Run multiple cross-functional experiments (e.g., new GTM campaigns, product pilots, operational process changes).
  • Collect and analyze data from these experiments, summarize learnings, and recommend next steps.
  • Coordinate with teams (product, ops, marketing, support) to ensure execution stays on track.
  • Build lightweight dashboards, reports, and memos to keep founders informed.
  • Take ownership of at least one end-to-end initiative each quarter (from research execution measurement).
