Who are we looking for?
- Someone who can ideate and write crisp, hook-driven scripts tailored for short-form performance ads
- A creative thinker who understands consumer psychology and how to drive leads with compelling copy
- A fast executor who iterates quickly, tests variations, and thrives in data- and results-driven environments
- Someone who has their pulse on the current trends on social media
What makes you a suitable candidate?
- You have demonstrable experience writing scripts for video content, ads, or digital campaigns
- You can craft engaging, concise narratives and strong hooks that resonate with specific audiences
- You're comfortable iterating on ideas, receiving feedback, and refining scripts quickly and collaboratively
- Understanding of marketing metrics is a bonus
What would you be doing?
- Ideating new concepts daily that can convert into short-form ad scripts
- Crafting short-form ad scripts that capture attention within seconds and clearly convey the value proposition
- Creating script variations and refining them based on internal reviews, testing, and learnings
