We're Hiring: Selenium Trainer (Java, Python, Apache & More)

Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, 641035

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Freelance

Are you passionate about automation and eager to shape the next generation of QA professionals? We are looking for a Selenium Trainer who can deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions, covering the latest automation techniques and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training modules on Selenium WebDriver.
  • Train students/professionals on Java and Python scripting for test automation.
  • Guide learners through practical implementations and real-time scenarios.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of Apache tools (like Maven, POI, Log4j, etc.).
  • Cover frameworks like TestNG, Cucumber (BDD), JUnit, and other relevant tools.
  • Share insights into best practices, industry standards, and interview preparation.
  • Support students with assignments, project work, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Java and Python.
  • Proficiency in Apache Maven, Apache POI, and Log4j.
  • Experience with frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, BDD (Cucumber).
  • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD integration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a trainer or mentor.
  • Ability to create and manage training materials (presentations, videos, assignments).
  • Exposure to Agile testing, REST API automation, and database testing is a plus.
