Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at Paulachans Farmhouse located in Thalappally. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments. Tasks will include supervising employees, addressing guest needs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and assisting in financial management and reporting. The role requires effective communication and leadership skills to ensure a positive guest experience and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily operations
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Understanding of hospitality or farmhouse management processes is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment with a customer-centric approach
- Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
