ETS Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and reliable ETS Supervisor and Reservation Executive to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our fleet and driver management. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the car rental or transportation industry and should be based within an 18 km radius of our office in Qutab Plaza, Gurgaon. Job Title: ETS SupervisorLocation: Qutab Plaza, DLF Phase 1, GurgaonIndustry: Car Rental Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per monthWorking Hours:6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)Shift timings will be based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the scheduling and dispatch of vehicles and drivers for Route.
• Cab assignment on software, Driver's Tracking
• Ensure timely reporting, vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and driver availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to vehicle and driver Compliances.
• Handle customer service queries related to ETS (Employee Transportation Services)
• Assist in driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the car rental or employee transportation industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle documentation.
• Working knowledge of Excel is a plus.
