Role Overview

We're looking for a
Graphic Designer
who lives and breathes fashion/e-commerce culture. You'll be designing
Meta ad creatives, social media content, Shopify website graphics, packaging, and branding assets
for fast-scaling D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives
    (static, carousel, reels).
  • Create
    social media posts and content
    aligned with brand voice and Gen Z trends.
  • Work on
    Shopify website graphics, product mockups, and banners
    .
  • Assist in
    branding deliverables
    (logos, packaging, visual guidelines).
  • Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to create
    performance-focused creatives
    .
  • Stay updated with design trends in
    streetwear, anime, and youth culture
    .

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency or D2C preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    fashion/e-commerce work
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
    (After Effects/Premiere a plus).
  • Understanding of
    Gen Z aesthetics
    —bold, hype, and culture-driven.
  • Ability to deliver designs that are not just aesthetic, but
    conversion-oriented
    .
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
