We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with knowledge of paid advertising on social media platforms and a basic understanding of offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience who is passionate about branding, digital visibility, and customer engagement through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing (Paid Ads)

  • Assist in creating and running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
  • Monitor ad performance, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights and data analytics.
  • Assist in content planning for ads: banners, videos, captions.
  • Stay updated on latest trends and ad tools in digital platforms.

Offline Marketing

  • Support in planning and executing offline campaigns such as pamphlet distribution, hoardings, in-store branding, and local events.
  • Coordinate with vendors for print media, banners, and local advertising materials.
  • Collect feedback from the field and help in improving campaign strategies.
  • Participate in marketing activities like roadshows, exhibitions, or local tie-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, etc.) – Marketing specialization is a plus
  • Certification in digital marketing (optional but preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of social media ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Creativity and willingness to learn
  • Understanding of local/offline marketing methods
  • MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital or field marketing preferred

Working Hours:

  • 6 Days a Week
