We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Caller with at least 3 years of experience in handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and the capability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, clients, or leads.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information about products or services.
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Caller, Telecaller, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language, as needed].
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Education:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
