Job Summary

A Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and coordination with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities1. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Track material requirements and ensure timely procurement.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain minimum/maximum inventory.
  • Update daily stock reports in Excel/ERP.
  • Avoid shortages or excess inventory.

3. Logistics & Distribution

  • Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, e-way bill, packing list).

4. Warehouse Operations

  • Ensure proper storage, material handling, and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading/unloading.
  • Maintain accurate GRN, inward/outward entries.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery challans, and shipment records.
  • Maintain supplier records and logistics reports.
  • Update MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

6. Coordination Across Departments

  • Work with production, sales, and finance teams.
  • Resolve supply-related issues and delays.
  • Support planning and forecasting activities

Educational Qualification

  • Any degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.).
  • Certification in Supply Chain / Logistics adds extra value.

Salary Range (India)

  • Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000
  • 1–3 years exp: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
  • 4+ years exp: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000+

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
