4. Preparing monthly summary of Activities conducted by

various departments and ministries

5. Preparing Analytics reports of different activities.

Responsible for handling all the activities and contests

6. Coordination with Technical Team if a user is facing

technical glitches during participating in various

activities at state MyGov

7. Seeking details about the current as well as previous

activities from relationship managers

8. Responsible for the inquiry and the reply according to the

defined process at State MyGov
