We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician Trainer to train students in beauty, skin, hair, and makeup techniques. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the beauty industry and good communication skills to guide and inspire learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theory and practical training sessions in beauty, hair, and skin care.
  • Demonstrate various beauty techniques such as facials, hair styling and makeup.
  • Prepare training schedules and ensure lessons are completed on time.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the training area.
  • Stay updated with current beauty trends, products, and techniques.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, exams, and certification programs.
  • Maintain records of student attendance and progress.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in hair, skin, makeup, and nail care services.
  • Skilled in bridal, party, HD, and creative makeup techniques.
  • Strong training, presentation, and demonstration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, tools, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to plan lessons, assess students, and manage training batches.
  • Up-to-date with latest beauty, hair, and makeup trends.
  • Basic computer and record-keeping knowledge.
  • Professional, patient, and inspiring teaching attitude.
