Job Summary

Automation + Program Manager with 1518 years of experience in software testing and automation leadership. This role combines strategic program management with hands-on expertise in GenAI-driven testing, leveraging tools like Java, Python, Selenium, and GitHub Copilot. The ideal candidate will oversee automation initiatives, integrate large language models (LLMs) for intelligent test generation and defect analysis, and drive innovation across QA programs. Strong skills in prompt engineering, CI/CD integration, and stakeholder management are essential. Experience with cloud platforms and AI lifecycle management is a plus. Lead the transformation of enterprise testing through GenAI and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architect Scalable Automation Frameworks

  • Develop robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.

  • Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.

  • Integrate GenAI into Testing Workflows

  • Leverage Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs) to enhance test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test data creation.

  • Evaluate and implement GenAI tools to optimize test coverage and reduce manual effort.

  • Define Test Strategy and Governance

  • Establish automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with quality benchmarks.

  • Lead Innovation and Tool Evaluation

  • Research and recommend emerging tools and technologies in automation and GenAI.

  • Drive PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilot initiatives to validate new approaches.

  • Mentor and Collaborate Across Teams

  • Guide QA engineers and developers on automation and GenAI adoption.
