Role & responsibilities

Provide end-to-end compliance support to AIFs across all categories in line with SEBI (AIF) Regulations and Master Circulars

Manage key regulatory filings QARs (SEBI SI Portal) and QCRs (ERP Portal) along with maintaining compliance trackers and preparing Compliance calendars.

Review SEBI circulars, FAQs, and consultation papers; communicate relevant updates to clients.

Manage ongoing compliances ,overseas investments, SEBI queries, fund winding-up, and Angel Fund filings.

Maintain real time compliance data and reporting through Beacon ERP Portal.

Advise clients through the fund lifecycle to ensure regulatory discipline and operational efficiency.
