Responsibilities

As an Exim Manager at WorldRef Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's import-export operations, cross-border compliance, and international supply chain activities. This role requires a strong understanding of global trade practices, regulatory frameworks, and a proven ability to optimize procurement efficiency while maintaining service quality and compliance.

International Trade Operations:

  • Manage and oversee all import-export activities.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant international trade laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee preparation, verification, and submission of shipping and regulatory documentation.

Supplier & Logistics Coordination:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate international shipments to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and reliable delivery.
  • Negotiate with logistics providers for optimized freight solutions.

Consolidated Sourcing & Procurement:

  • Consolidate purchases across multiple vendors to reduce procurement costs.
  • Drive efficiency and transparency in sourcing processes.
  • Manage vendor performance evaluation and supplier agreements.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Oversee supplier vetting and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct audits and reliability checks to ensure adherence to industry and client standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to uphold compliance with diverse international regulatory frameworks.

Integrated Services Support:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on plant inspection, engineering, technical services, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities as part of comprehensive project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
     (Master's preferred).
  • 2 years of proven experience in 
    export-import operations, supply chain, or international trade compliance
    .
  • Strong knowledge of 
    customs regulations, EXIM policies, INCOTERMS, international logistics, and documentation standards
    .
  • Demonstrated expertise in 
    supplier/vendor management and global procurement
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    ERP systems, digital supply chain platforms, and trade compliance software
     is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-border teams and stakeholders.
