Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategist located in Agra. The Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance TripAgra's offerings. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing strategic recommendations, collaborating with local partners, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to both identifying and resolving challenges while supporting the growth of local businesses.

  • Collaboration and Partnership Development skills
  • Project Management and Execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Agra
  • Experience in the tourism or travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Tourism, or related field
