We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Process Lead Product Change Management (Manufacturing) to define, implement, and lead product change management processes across multiple global manufacturing sites.

This role ensures that all product changes are efficiently managed, clearly communicated, and consistently executed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Change Implementation Board (CIB) and related processes across product lines.
  • Establish a closed-loop change management process for global products (including CRB, CIB activities).
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution of product changes.
  • Collect and share best practices from different sites to standardize and optimize change processes.
  • Develop and maintain global process documentation for product change management.
  • Lead pilot implementations (proof of concept) for new change management processes in manufacturing.
  • Conduct global training programs to build process awareness and ensure compliance.
  • Govern adherence to global standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in change management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Change Management, Configuration Management, or Manufacturing Process Management.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Windchill, SAP, or similar) preferred.
  • CM2 certification or equivalent qualification in configuration/change management is an added advantage.
