Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HEMM Maintenance & Workshop Incharge for Truck Maintenance at MD Movers. The role is based in Karnataka, India. The HEMM Maintenance & Workshop Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) and trucks. The tasks include scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and general Maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate maintenance activities effectively
  • Experience in handling heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) and truck maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
