Job Summary:

A highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC, while leading integrations, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom code using Apex, triggers, classes, and Lightning components.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces using Lightning components and Lightning web components.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and migration through effective data management.
  • Write unit tests, perform debugging, and maintain code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and integrations for reference.
  • Optimize performance and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Adhere to security standards and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer, including expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications and integrations with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and security considerations.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
