Product Manager – Financial Operations & Workflow Automation   About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in internal financial workflows to lead initiatives that streamline and automate processes across procurement, finance, and vendor management. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, technical fluency, and a user-centric mindset for coordinating with IT vendors.   Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for financial workflow tools (PO creation, audit trails, invoicing systems).
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Ops teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Drive integration with ERP systems and third-party financial tools.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and audit-readiness across all financial workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external tech partners.
  • Define and track KPIs such as invoice cycle time, PO approval turnaround, and audit readiness score.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional standups.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or program management in financial systems.
  • Proven track record of delivering internal tools for finance teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (NetSuite, Zoho, Microsoft dynamics or Business Central ).
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Experience working with APIs and backend systems for financial data exchange.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools
  • Background in finance or accounting is a plus.
