Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Strong foundation in fundamental electronics, analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and power electronics.
  • Skilled in firmware development and C++ programming.
  • Proficient in control theory and communication protocols.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems, particularly in how actuators interface with valves.
  • Experienced in actuator validation and troubleshooting.

Design & Software Skills

  • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD with strong hands-on experience in creating and checking BOMs and GADs.
  • Experienced in SolidWorks automation using DriveWorks; familiarity with scripting languages and APIs for system integration.
  • DriveWorks and SolidWorks certifications are advantageous.
  • Competent in linear, non-linear, and FSI analysis using ANSYS.
  • Skilled in compressible and incompressible fluid flow analysis (CFD) using ANSYS.

Industry & Product Expertise

  • Strong background in industrial products, preferably valves.
  • In-depth knowledge of TOBV design and relevant standards: API 609, API 598, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, API 641.
  • Working experience with TOBV actuators.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with Production and Marketing teams for day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in at least two complete new product development cycles from concept to commercialization.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ASME and API standards for valves.
