Job descriptionKey responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for AI applications, with a focus on chatbots and RAG systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, generative AI, and machine learning technologies, especially focusing on how they could improve user experience and performance improvement for the platform
  • Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Engage in typical support activities such as prompt optimization, testing pipeline performance, modifying the data lifecycle and data ingestion pipelines, managing multilingual behavior of text generation, and conducting root-cause analysis of generated wrong answers.
