In this role at YouTube's Trust & Safety team, you will lead the quality assurance program to ensure excellence in vendor operations. Your main responsibilities will include setting standards for operational quality and processes, collaborating with Operations experts to refine the operational framework, analyzing key metrics" impact on ongoing operations, and ensuring that all vendor sites meet and exceed quality goals. - Build or support a global quality program to drive consistency and continuous improvement across workflows or processes. - Evolve the quality assurance system to better identify, measure, and improve opportunities in processes, tools, and training to improve key performance indicators. - Establish relationships with executive members of cross-functional organizations to represent the skills that drive effective performance. - Collaborate with YouTube's Product, Enforcement, and Partner teams to prepare for product launches and stay updated on product and policy changes. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, or operations. - Experience collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and visualizing data sources to deliver insights and recommendations. - Familiarity with quality management principles like Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC). - Proficiency in dashboard tools such as SQL, Datastudio, or Tableau. - Experience in large-scale program management aligning with business strategies, delivering beneficial results, communicating with stakeholders, governing program activities, and supporting program processes. - Ability to work positively and productively with partners like vendor operations and service center agents. - Excellent project management skills.,
