Job Title: Content Developer Social Studies & Physics

Location: Sector 136, Noida

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Content Developers for Social Studies and Physics to join our academic team in Noida (Sector 136). The ideal candidates must have a strong academic background, subject expertise, and prior experience in teaching and content development. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Eligibility Criteria :

For Physics Content Developer:

• Educational Qualification:

• UG and PG degrees in Physics (B.Sc. & M.Sc. or equivalent).

• Experience:

• Prior teaching experience in Physics is mandatory.

• Minimum 12 years of content development experience in Physics.

• Strong conceptual understanding and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.

For Social Studies Content Developer :

• Educational Qualification:

• UG and PG degrees in any of the following: History, Geography, Political Science, or Economics.

• Experience:

• Prior teaching experience in Social Studies is mandatory.

• Minimum 12 years of content development experience.

• Must have strong subject knowledge across all Social Studies domains (History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics).

• Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Alignment: Align digital content with the curriculum standards and learning objectives specified for classes 6-12.

• Content Development: Develop engaging and interactive digital content, including concept explanations, examples, illustrations, and practice exercises, covering various topics in mathematics.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and validations of content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational standards and guidelines.
• Pedagogical Excellence: Apply pedagogical principles and instructional design best practices to create content that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding among students.
• Innovation: Explore innovative approaches and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of digital learning materials, keeping abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mathematics education.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, graphic designers, and multimedia developers, to integrate content seamlessly into digital learning platforms.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from educators, students, and other stakeholders to continuously improve and refine digital content.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance, insights, and support to internal teams on mathematics-related content and pedagogy. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher or Curriculum Developer, preferably in a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational frameworks for mathematics at the school level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content development and delivery.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in education.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
