Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist II

This position requires strong ability to obtain and maintain thorough understanding of accounting, controls, financial reporting and general ledger structure and to possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of General Accounting including compliance.

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Responsible for ensuring travel and expense claims comply with company policies and regulations.

Experience in T&E management and compliance is a plus. Prepares reports, maintains documentation, and collaborates with departments to improve controls.

Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Flexible with shifts

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power point.
