Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assignment Manager role in the Security Operations division, based in Bengaluru. The Assignment Manager will oversee daily security operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Responsibilities will include managing physical and electronic security measures, addressing vulnerabilities, and collaborating with clients to maintain effective security practices. The role requires hands-on involvement in guided security audits, supervision of team activities, and managing emergency responses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, including staff coordination and day-to-day organizational effectiveness
  • Strong knowledge of Physical Security practices and measures
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity, including Vulnerability Management and Network Security
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in the security services industry is highly advantageous
  • Ability to handle on-site responsibilities in Bengaluru
