Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Artist Manager, located in Noida. The Artist Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the careers of artists by securing performance opportunities, coordinating with event organizers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring promotional activities. The role will also involve scheduling meetings, handling administrative tasks, providing guidance and support to artists, and maintaining good relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in artist management, event coordination, and contract negotiation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry and its trends
  • Degree in Arts Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media promotion, and branding strategies
