The Impact you will have in this role: 

In the first month, expect to: 

- Work on an isolated engineering challenge, such as implementing a new feature or fixing a bug in our .NET application. This is the place to get familiar with our codebase, make mistakes, and learn from them.
- We will provide you with a comprehensive onboarding plan, including pair programming sessions, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions with senior engineers.

In the first three months, expect to: 

- You'll be working with our engineering team to develop and enhance our .NET application. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and testing of new features.
- You will actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.

In the first year, expect to: 

- You'll become an integral part of our .NET engineering team and take ownership of various components and modules of our application.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong experience in .NET development
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks
- Experience with web development technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
