About OneHaul & Eagle Trans Group :

OneHaul is a next-generation logistics SaaS platform designed to be the Shopify for Logistics. Currently in development, its a modular Progressive Web App (PWA) that helps logistics businesses digitize their operations, optimize workflows, and integrate seamlessly with shipping lines, customs, finance tools, and other essential systems.

Backed by Eagle Trans Group - a global logistics leader since 1984, operating across 12 countries - OneHaul aims to redefine how freight forwarding companies run their businesses through technology.

Were building the tech and design teams from the ground up, currently a 12-member founding team expanding rapidly. This is a rare opportunity to join early, contribute meaningfully, and help shape both the product and design culture of a platform that will impact the logistics industry at scale.

The Role :

Were looking for a Product Designer (1-3 years experience) to join our founding design team. This is primarily a product design role focused on clarity, usability, and building scalable solutions. If you have experience in logistics, ERP systems, or other complex B2B platforms, that will be a strong advantage. It is an on-site role in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities :

- Drive the design of features and workflows & improve end-to-end product flows.

- Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across modules.

- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver reliable, data-driven interfaces.

- Create structured, efficient interfaces that reduce manual tasks and errors.

- Implement field-level validations and feedback indicators to guide users.

- Design for scale and clarity : create intuitive, cohesive and accessible product experiences that

solve complex business flows with simplicity.

- Explore micro-interactions to provide clarity and system feedback

- Champion user needs : ground design decisions in research, feedback, and analytics while

balancing business and technical constraints.

- Occasionally contribute to branding work for OneHaul as needed.

What Were Looking For :

- Has at least 1 year of experience in product design (SaaS, ERP, or B2B platform background preferred).

- Experience in logistics / freight / ERP is a big plus, but not mandatory.

- Strong skills in UI/UX, information architecture, and usability principles.

- A hardworking, ownership-driven mindset - we value effort and initiative above all.

- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high ownership founding team environment.

- Communication and storytelling skills - able to present design decisions clearly.
