Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented
BOM Engineer
with strong expertise in
Creo & Windchill
to manage, validate, and maintain engineering data and BOM structures (EBOM, MBOM & SBOM). The role requires close collaboration with design teams to ensure accurate product structures, revision control, and data integrity across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage and update
BOM structures
: EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM.

·       Export and verify
EBOM data in Excel
, perform corrections, and update as required.

·       Conduct
final EBOM verification
with the design team.

·       Perform
data verification and corrections
of WT Parts, Parts, and Drawings in Windchill.

·       Lock and release final validated data in Windchill.

·       Support
engine component and assembly corrections
based on EBOM, including physical verification and 3D assembly updates.

·       Generate EBOM from
WT Part structure
.

·       Associate/verify
WT Parts, Parts, and Drawings
in Windchill.

·       Perform
revision verification
and align updates across WT Parts, Parts, and Drawings.

·       Create product views for all Parts, Assemblies, and Drawings.

·       Manage
underscore part dis-association
with WT Parts where applicable.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure BOM accuracy and compliance with product development requirements.

·       Support mechanical development functions, including field validation activities.

·       Prepare reports and documentation using
MS Office tools
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
.

·       
3 – 5 years
of experience in BOM management and design support.

·       Strong expertise in
Creo & Windchill
(CAD & PDM tools).

·       Hands-on experience with
engine components and assemblies
.

·       Strong skills in
Excel-based verification, data validation, and documentation
.

·       Familiar with
product structure management, revision control, and data integrity checks
.

·       Excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
