Specialization: Must have worked on SAP and handled Accounts Payable in large volumes

Job Responsibilities - Accounts Payable

  1. Extensive working knowledge of SAP
  2. Handling high volume bills (~8,000 bills per month)
  3. Driving process setup & improvements
  4. Leading & managing a team of 12 members
  5. Managing vendor master data - MSME, GST, bank details, struck-off vendors etc.
  6. End-to-end accounts payable cycle - bill inward tracking, reviewing supportings, compliances, retentions
  7. Advance knock-offs, follow-up on advances, open GRN/PO/WO management
  8. Preparation of Budget vs Actual reports
  9. Preparing Management MIS
  10. Handling Internal & Statutory Audit for AP
  11. Vendor reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, discrepancy resolution & corrective action
