Job Description:

Talent Shapers Orbit is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English to non-English speakers, focusing on basic reading and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach basic English (reading, writing, speaking) to students with little or no prior knowledge of the language.
  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of beginner learners.
  • Conduct interactive sessions to improve vocabulary, spelling, and sentence formation.
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
  • Create a supportive and encouraging classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English, preferably to non-English speakers.
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  • Patience and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify concepts for beginner-level learners.
  • Passion for teaching and helping others grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in TEFL/TESOL/ESL or equivalent (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Experience in adult education or spoken English programs is an advantage.
