Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
with a passion for skincare and branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that enhances our brand identity, engages our audience, and drives brand growth across various digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and maintain brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Work closely with product designers and packaging teams to create innovative and user-friendly product designs.
  • Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and animations for enhanced digital engagement.
  • Optimize designs for web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure high-quality production of marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 2+years as a Graphic Designer in the skincare, beauty, or lifestyle industry (preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital graphics, and packaging design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media trends and content engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of print production and packaging design.
