Position Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in AI, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Data Analytics to lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable, data-driven, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

- Drive end-to-end execution of AI/GenAI, Data Engineering, and Cloud projects.

Project Tracking & Reporting :

- Track progress against KPIs, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools

- Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports to stakeholders.

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation plans proactively.

Stakeholder & Team Management :

- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to align priorities and deliver value.

- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Manage vendor engagements and third-party solution providers, where applicable.

Technology Leadership :

- Apply understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Vision, etc.), Data Engineering, and Cloud architectures to guide teams.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, compliance, and scalability.

- Promote agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 12 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in project/program management.

- Proven experience delivering AI/ML, GenAI, or Data-driven projects on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Strong understanding of :

- AI/ML & GenAI technologies (LLMs, NLP, Generative Models, AI frameworks).

- Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, data lakes, real-time streaming, big data frameworks like Spark).

- Data Analytics & Visualization (BI tools, dashboards, reporting frameworks).

- Cloud Services (compute, storage, containerization, serverless, Kubernetes).

- Excellent project management skills with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) are a plus.
