About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack and AWS ecosystem to join our fast-growing technology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-performance, secure, and scalable distributed systems that power global-scale applications. Youll work on challenging backend and architecture problems, own end-to-end modules, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Architect, design, and implement microservices and scalable APIs.
  • Work on AWS deployments (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.) ensuring reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Build efficient background processes, queues, and asynchronous workflows.
  • Write clean, maintainable code with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with design, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, security, and code quality.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript and asynchronous programming.
  • Proficiency in API design, system architecture, and database optimization.
  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiar with Agile development practices and Git-based workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools or serverless architecture.
  • Experience in performance optimization and monitoring.
