Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Merchandising

  • Curate homepage, category, and PDP layouts to highlight campaigns, festive collections, and trending SKUs.
  • Set up cross-sell/upsell rules, search filters, badges, and promotional banners aligned with the marketing calendar.
  • Implement SEO-friendly taxonomy and metadata to improve discoverability.

Catalog & Content Management

  • Maintain SKU accuracy (titles, attributes, descriptions, images, dimensions).
  • Coordinate product photography/image editing and ensure content QA before every go-live.
  • Manage bulk uploads, catalog hygiene, and consistency with SAP inventory.

Pricing & Promotions

  • Upload and validate campaign pricing, coupons, and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure pricing hygiene and zero-error promo execution.
  • Manage homepage layouts and creatives for offers and collections.

Operations & Fulfilment

  • Monitor in-stock/out-of-stock, pincode serviceability, and coordinate with supply chain for availability.
  • Track deliveries, exceptions, and refunds in collaboration with logistics partners and customer service.
  • Support smooth integration of Shopify and Shiprocket workflows.

Site Operations & QA

  • Detect and fix broken links, PDP defects, and image failures.
  • Conduct UAT for new releases; ensure 99% accuracy during campaign go-lives.

Insights & Reporting

  • Track funnel KPIs (search CTR, PDPCart, CartPay).
  • Generate weekly reports for leadership, highlighting opportunities to improve conversion and attach rate.
  • Support A/B testing on banners, sort logic, and price cues.

Required:

  • Experience in website operations/merchandising (retail, lifestyle, or furniture preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar CMS, catalog management, and bulk uploads.
  • Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots) and analytics basics (GA4/Looker).
  • Detail orientation with pricing/promo math and zero-defect execution mindset.
  • Effective coordination skills with creative, supply chain, and tech teams.
