Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Gorakhpur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing warehouse and client accounts, building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. Their day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients to understand their needs, negotiating contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in account management, client relationship building, and sales strategy execution
  • Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling customer concerns with professionalism
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in sales or account management roles is highly advantageous
