Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Change Transformation Office- Test Manager
In this role, The Test Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end test management, including defining, maintaining, and executing a comprehensive test strategy. They build detailed testing plans and ensure their realism and achievability by collaborating with multiple technology and business teams. The role involves active problem-solving, managing risks, and addressing conflicts or scope changes during delivery.
Note: Requires only candidates who has working experience of Finance Industry or Investment Bank.
Responsibilities
The Test Manager will be responsible for End-to-End Test Management.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years Test Management experience across large complex projects at a financial institution

• Good knowledge of Test Management, best practice and expertise in using Test Management Tools and Frameworks

• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt approach to different levels of seniority

• Experience working with technology teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions and locations

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery

• Track record of managing requirements, delivery and testing in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proven experience in end-to-end test management within complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, lifecycle management, and test governance frameworks.

• Hands-on expertise in building and executing comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans.

• Experience working across development, business analysis, and stakeholder teams to align testing requirements and execution.
