Depot Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

Reconciliation of petty cash & UCO funds & Diesel funds

• On daily basis track UCO funds in MIS Statement report
• Once UCO funds goes down request for UCO funds as per future requirement.
• On daily basis maintain diesel consumption cost record using vehicle reading.

• Maintain the diesel funds as per weekly requirement.

• Ensure all the GRN entries in SAP for the UCO Collected

• On daily basis UCOEs will generate the invoices for collected qty using beatroute app and they post in Whats app group with payment screen short for the reference.

• Cross verify the payment & qty collected by UCOEs.
• Once all the invoices completed for the day enter the same in MIS report date wise.
• Complete all the GRN entries for the collected qty with the references of invoices using SAP.
• Match the stock of SAP with the physical depot stock.

• Once all the above steps completed record it in MIS report & send it through mail for the concern person on daily basis.

• Maintain track record of FBOs

• BDE will enroll the FBOs using RUCO Enrollment form & beatroute app once it done collect the form and maintain in a box file date wise.

• Maintain the same in Excel sheet for the reference.

• Give the same record to respective RM to fix appointment for UCO Collection.

• Coordinating with HO team

• Maintaining the depot with suitable arrangements

• Coordinating HO team if requirement occurs & fulfilling the same.

• Daily posting the reports

• On daily basis share the MIS report to concern team member.

• On daily basis highlight UCO Collection & new enrollment team member wise.

Preferred candidate profile : A preferred Depot Supervisor profile for a HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) company should include strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with HORECA-specific products and customer needs. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to manage teams, handle inventory, vehical tracking,Mis Reporting etc.
