Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Mobilizer to join our COE team. The ideal candidate will

• Play a vital role in mobilizing candidates for enrollment in COE sponsored free courses, particularly from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)
• Engaging with Educational Institutions, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), NGOs, and communities.
• A proactive approach to fieldwork, social media engagement, and candidate counseling, ensuring successful enrollment and program orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industries, ITIs to identify and mobilize candidates to take up the training.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement offices in educational institutions to collect alumni data for candidate mobilization.
• Conduct fieldwork to identify suitable mobilization pockets and gain insights into community needs.
• Conduct enrollment and skill fairs
• Leverage social media platforms effectively for candidate outreach and mobilization.
• Provide support and guidance to enrolled students, assisting with registration and orientation.
• Counsel candidates to explain program benefits, terms, and conditions to drive engagement and enrollment.

Key Skills

• Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Tamil & conversational level in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in community outreach or mobilization activities.
• Proficiency in social media platforms for outreach.
• Counseling and mentoring abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and engage with diverse groups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
