Role & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop effective SAP ERP GTS Customs Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS systems.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP GTS solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations and modifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding and adoption of SAP GTS systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all GTS implementations.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements within the SAP GTS framework.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to manage system updates and upgrades effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to maximize the benefits of SAP GTS systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ERP GTS technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 610 years of experience working with SAP ERP GTS, specifically Customs Management.
  • Skilled in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, testing, documentation, and training.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration scenarios (MM, SD, FI modules) preferred.
  • Ability to lead process improvements and drive adoption of SAP GTS solutions.
