We're looking for a Digital Content Specialist + Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone who doesn't just post for engagement but engineers virality.

You'll be responsible for creating thumb-stopping content, decoding algorithms, managing end-to-end social presence, and driving exponential growth across platforms.

This isn't a routine "post and go" job. It's a role for someone hungry to build digital fame, master platform psychology, and make data-backed creative decisions that move the needle.

Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms.
  • Conceptualize and produce engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, and storytelling posts aligned with brand goals.
  • Ensure all content is algorithm-optimized and psychologically engaging for maximum reach, watch time, and shares.
  • Maintain a consistent and visually cohesive brand identity across channels.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and manage daily posts and stories with flawless attention to detail.
  • Monitor performance analytics, identify trends, and tweak strategy in real-time to optimize performance.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a vibrant online community.

Requirements

Maintain and update project workflows in Notion.

Step in proactively to meet deadlines.

You analyze every post that flops and every one that flies and you learn fast.

You believe content is art backed by science.

You are obsessed with metrics, momentum, and mastery.
