Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy/Assistant Manager at Vaishanavi Enterprises, located in Pune. The Deputy/Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team tasks, coordinating between various departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. The role includes ensuring compliance with company policies, preparing and presenting reports, and analyzing data to improve workflow and productivity. The Deputy/Assistant Manager will also assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives to support company objectives.
