Role: International Customer Service Voice Process

Work Schedule: 5 days working | Rotational Shifts

Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve international customer queries over the call.
  • Minimum 12 months of international voice exp.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.

Requirements and skills

  • Prove customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Candidate must have 6 months to 2 yrs or more experience from international BPO
  • Shift (Rotational - Majorly Night shift).
