Role: International Customer Service Voice Process
Work Schedule: 5 days working | Rotational Shifts
Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

Role & responsibilities
- Resolve international customer queries over the call.
- Minimum 12 months of international voice exp.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.
Requirements and skills
- Prove customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Candidate must have 6 months to 2 yrs or more experience from international BPO
- Shift (Rotational - Majorly Night shift).
