Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Noida. The Technical Trainer will deliver training sessions to equip educators and community groups with industry-relevant technical and ICT skills in alignment with AADHAAR's programs. Responsibilities include developing and updating training materials, conducting skill assessments, facilitating workshops, and mentoring participants to meet program objectives. The trainer will also collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and alignment with program goals and support the effective integration of technology in learning environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical training - Data Analyst
• Experience in developing interactive training materials and plans
• Strong communication, mentorship, and facilitation skills
• Ability to address diverse learning needs and assess participants' progress
• Knowledge of community development and sustainable solutions is an advantage
• Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
