Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the school. The ideal candidate should demonstrate leadership skills, strong academic understanding, and the ability to create an inclusive and disciplined learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Administration

  • Provide academic and administrative leadership to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Supervise faculty performance and mentor teachers for professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to school policies, curriculum standards, and statutory guidelines.
  • Maintain discipline among staff and students while fostering a positive school culture.

Academic Oversight

  • Oversee lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and classroom delivery.
  • Monitor student progress and implement measures for academic improvement.
  • Introduce innovative practices to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a bridge between management, teachers, parents, and students.
  • Address parent concerns and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings.
  • Represent the school at events, inspections, and educational forums.

Operational Management

  • Ensure efficient use of school resources and infrastructure.
  • Prepare reports for management on academic performance, admissions, and administration.
  • Oversee fee collection and ensure compliance with financial policies.
