Job Title: Electrical Site EngineerEducation Qualification:

  • B.E. in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering (acceptable with relevant experience)

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical site execution, installation, supervision, and commissioning.

Salary:

  • ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
  • Final salary will be as per company standards and candidate's experience/skills.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all electrical works at the project site.
  • Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems such as panels, cabling, lighting, earthing, transformers, and related equipment.
  • Ensure work progress as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other engineering departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inspect materials and equipment delivered to the site to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Assist in planning manpower, materials, and tools required for site work.
  • Ensure proper documentation of site activities, material consumption, and test records.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, load calculations, and installation procedures.
  • Ability to supervise teams, manage contractors, and handle site challenges.
  • Good understanding of safety standards and electrical codes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional but preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Location:

  • As per company project requirements.
