Freelance Videographer

Role Summary

We're looking for a freelance videographer based in Imphal to create engaging promotional reels and shorts for retail outlets specializing in electronics, mobiles, home appliances, and other items. Success in this role means delivering high-quality, creative video content on time, aligned with campaign goals, and tailored for social media reach. This role is central to our retail promotions, ensuring our marketing efforts translate into real visibility and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Shoot promotional videos and reels for 3–5 retail outlets across Imphal.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand campaign needs and product highlights.
• Edit raw footage into polished content suitable for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Use editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, etc.); Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop skills are highly desirable.
• Ensure videos are optimized for content scheduling and meet deadlines for planned promotions.
• Bring creative ideas to showcase products in ways that attract and engage customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits).
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines without daily supervision.
• Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling through video.
• Comfortable using editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva); proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, not 9 to 5, but reliable delivery of edits as per the content calendar.
