Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cloud L1 Engineer to provide first-level support for our cloud infrastructure. You will assist in day-to-day operational tasks, monitoring, and troubleshooting AWS environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AWS cloud resources and system health.
- Handle basic incident management and service requests.
- Assist in provisioning EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other AWS services.
- Perform routine operational tasks and documentation.
- Escalate issues to L2 engineers when required.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cloud support or system administration.
- Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- AWS Certification (Value Added).
